"I was born with headphones on (well almost)  I began DJing at the age of ten with my twin brother, he grew up and got a proper job but I am still doing it now almost fifty years later on the road. ​My radio career began 30 years ago after a demo I sent off to Richard Park at Capital Radio gave me a break with two over night shows back in 1995, I was there until 2007 with various stints on Breeze AM, Essex Radio, Mercury FM, (Tunbridge & Crawley) Classic Gold, Ten 17 in Harlow, Time 106.6 and, until recently, Time 107.5 hosting The Breakfast Show for 18 years until it came to a crashing end on 1st August 2025.

Most people would have thought it was all over by then but on August 2nd I launched what was to be my new project All Hit Radio which incidentally had been playing out in my back room for thirteen years but not any more. We have resurrected the Time 107.5 team and I am back in the mornings for breakfast 6am until 10am on All Hit Radio. ​They were never going to keep me quiet for long and I now have the freedom to be creative, so if it all goes wrong now it's down to me."
