ADAM RAVENSCROFT

"I was born in London and first lived in Gants Hill. We moved to Cranleigh in Surrey and then my family eventually settled near Brentwood in Essex.
I’ve had a love of radio from a very early age and music has always been a very important part of my life.
I am a West Ham United fan and once interviewed one of my football heroes, Sir Trevor Brooking. I have also among others, interviewed entertainer Roy Castle and Les Gray – the then lead singer of Pop/Rock group, Mud.
I used to go to Romford as a child as my father had a kiosk selling sweets under the Railway Station Bridge (now Romford Minicabs). Eventually I worked in Romford too.
I am here every Saturday morning from 7am-12noon on All Hit Radio playing a great mix of music, plus lots of fun including the following features for you to participate in – The Saturday Survey, The Time Tunnel, Track to Somewhere, a song with a place in the title for you to identify, Same Title, Different Song and much more."
